It’s a testament to achievement in municipal fiscal stability, according to Bullhead City Manager Toby Cotter. He told City Council members Tuesday that Moody’s has “affirmed” Bullhead City’s bond ratings.
Cotter said the City scored an “A-1″ ranking in the excise tax category and an “A-3″ in the special assessment debt arena. He said that the City’s bond ratings were “affirmed” is good news in a time when a number of other municipalities are seeing their assessments lowered.
