Lake Havasu City police arrested three men Sunday reportedly in possession of credit card skimmers.

The three men were charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and fraudulent schemes. All charges are felonies.

Patrol officers allegedly caught 24-year-old Robert Rostomyan and 19-year-old Sayat Petrosyan (both of southern California) smoking marijuana in a parking lot in the 200 block of London Bridge Road. Both Rostomyan and Petrosyan were arrested for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

During the investigation, officers observed items commonly associated with credit card skimming and the illegal manufacture of credit cards. Another suspect, 21-year-old Gaik Panosian of Burbank, California, was located at an area motel and arrested. Officers located drug paraphernalia, a lap top computer, several USB drives and other items commonly associated with the skimming and the illegal manufacture of credit cards.

It is believed the three suspects arrested in Lake Havasu City are connected to similar crimes in southern California as well as in the Phoenix area

Rostomyan was held without bond, Petrosyan was held on a $100,000 cash only bond, and Panosian was held on a $125,000 cash only bond. All three were transferred to the custody of the Mohave County Sheriff’s Office.
